How do I enter the hotel after opening hours?
Step 1
Enter the door code
- You will receive the door code in advance via email.
- Enter the code at the main entrance door of the hotel to gain access.
Step 2:
Pick up your key card
- In the entrance area, you will find a list with your last name and room number.
- Below the list, you will find the corresponding key cards ready for your room.
Step 3
Use the key cards
- The key cards open access to the following areas:
- Main entrance
- Back entrance
- Your room

FAQ
Leave the hotel and walk right down the street (Panzerleite). Follow Kaulberg downhill. After about a 10-minute relaxing walk, you will reach the picturesque old town of Bamberg.

Walk to the nearest bus stop "Panzerleite" (about 2 minutes on foot from the hotel).
Bus line: Line 901 or 903
Take bus line 901 or 903 in the direction of Bamberg, ZOB.
Travel:
The ride takes only about 5-7 minutes, depending on traffic.
Get off at the "Bamberg, ZOB" stop (final stop).
Tip:
Schedules may vary depending on the day of the week and time. Please check current departure times via public transport or a timetable app.
From the A73 (Nuremberg-Bamberg highway):
Exit: Take exit 23 – Bamberg-Ost.
After the exit, drive on Pödeldorfer Str. towards Bamberg.
– Duration: About 1 km straight ahead until you reach the next junction.
After about 1 km, turn left onto Starkenfeldstraße.
After 350 meters, turn left onto Berliner Ring and follow it for about 1.3 km.
Turn right onto Münchner Ring/B22 and drive about 3.2 km north.
Take the exit towards Altenburg/Berggebiet/Bug/Am Bruderwald and drive 220 meters on Buger Str.
After 230 meters, turn left onto Würzburger Str. and continue about 260 meters.
Turn left onto Artur-Landgraf-Straße.
Turn left onto Artur-Landgraf-Straße and drive about 700 meters.
After about 700 meters, turn right onto Panzerleite.
Destination: Your destination, Panzerleite 59, will be on the right side.
From the A70 (Bayreuth-Bamberg highway):
1. Take exit Bamberg-West.
Exit the A70 at exit Bamberg-West and drive on B22 towards Bamberg city center.
2. Continue on B22 towards Bamberg.
Follow B22 for about 2.5 km until the turnoff for Pödeldorfer Str.
3. Turn right onto Pödeldorfer Str.
Turn right onto Pödeldorfer Str. and drive straight for about 1 km until you reach the next junction.
4. Turn left onto Starkenfeldstraße.
After about 1 km, turn left onto Starkenfeldstraße.
5. Turn right onto Münchner Ring/B22.
Turn right onto Münchner Ring/B22 and drive about 3.2 km north.
6. Turn right onto Münchner Ring/B22.
Turn right onto Münchner Ring/B22 and drive about 3.2 km north.
7. Take exit towards Altenburg/Berggebiet/Bug/Am Bruderwald.

Rooms are guaranteed to be available from 3:00 PM. Early check-in is possible upon request, but only by prior arrangement via email and cannot be guaranteed.
Check-out must be completed by 10:30 AM at the latest. If you'd like to stay longer in Bamberg, you are welcome to store your luggage with us.
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to three days before arrival. After that, 100% of the booked services will be charged.
For groups of five rooms or more, the following cancellation policies apply:
- Up to 4 weeks before arrival: free of charge
- Up to 3 weeks before arrival: 25% of the booked services
- Up to 2 weeks before arrival: 50% of the booked services
- Up to 1 week before arrival: 75% of the booked services
- 1 week or less before arrival: 100% of the booked services
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our hotel.
Of course, children are warmly welcome at our hotel!
We provide baby cots upon request for €10 per night.
Extra beds for children or adults cost €30 per night, including breakfast.
There is a small play area in the breakfast room, and we also have high chairs available for the youngest guests.
There are plenty of free parking spaces available in the hotel's backyard. If this parking area is full, you can also park your car free of charge on the street.
Rooms are cleaned daily only upon request. Please inform the reception if you would like a daily cleaning.
