Kann man bei euch auch Hotelzimmer buchen?
Ja, wir verfügen über 6 Einzelzimmer, 18 Basic Doppelzimmer, 12 Comfort Doppelzimmer, und 6 Budget Doppelzimmer. Gerne machen wir Ihnen hierfür bei Bedarf ein passendes Angebot.
Ab wie viel Uhr kann die freie Trauung stattfinden?
Ab 14:00 Uhr
Ab wann kann dekoriert werden?
Ab 11:00 Uhr am Tag der Hochzeit (vorher wird der Raum leider noch anderweitig genutzt).
Wann muss ich bezahlen?
Bei Hochzeitsfeiern ist am ersten Tag nach dem letzten kostenfrei möglichen Stornierungsdatum eine Anzahlung in Höhe von 50 % fällig. Die restlichen 50 % sind sieben Tage vor der Hochzeit fällig.
Wie viel kosten Dienstleister?
Dienstleister werden je nach verbrauchten Getränken abgerechnet.
Kann ich die Location besichtigen?
Besichtigungstermine Selbstverständlich können Sie unsere Räumlichkeiten besichtigen. Vereinbaren Sie hierfür bitte immer einen Termin mit unserem Büro.
Wie sind die Stornierungsbedingungen?
Bis sechs Monate vor der Hochzeitsfeier kann diese kostenfrei storniert werden.
Was machen wir bei schlechtem Wetter?
Bei schlechtem Wetter können einzelne Programmpunkte auch noch kurzfristig nach drinnen verlegt werden. Die freie Trauung wird dann komplett Indoor sein und Sektempfang beispielsweise in der Lobby.
Können wir einen Beamer nutzen?
Fest installierte Beamer im Hauptraum können gerne kostenfrei genutzt werden. Es liegt ein HDMI-Anschluss vor. Ein Laptop hierfür muss selbst mitgebracht werden. Für die Tonausgabe liegt ein AUX Anschluss vor
Gibt es ein Geschenketisch?
Sollten Sie einen Geschenketisch aufstellen wollen, kann dies gerne im Stellplan berücksichtigt werden.
Wie läuft das mit der Dekoration ab?
Wir bieten Ihnen kostenlos das Deko Basic Paket “all white” an. Dieses besteht aus Tischläufern in weiß, weißen Kerzen, weiße Serviette und weißen Platzsets. Blumen und weitere Dekoration muss von Ihren gewünschten Dienstleistern erbracht werden. Die Dienstleister müssen die jeweilige Ware am Tag der Hochzeit zwischen 11:00 Uhr und 13:00 Uhr anbringen. Eine Abdekoration muss in besonderen Fällen noch in der Nacht erfolgen (je nach Aufwand). Alternativ können wir das gegen Unkosten übernehmen.
Habt ihr Stuhlhussen?
Unsere Veranstaltungsräume sind mit moderner Bestuhlung ausgestattet. Möchten Sie dennoch Hussen aufziehen, können Sie diese gerne mitbringen.

With space for up to 30 people and a separate, bright meeting room, we provide an optimal atmosphere where your ideas and strategies can flourish. We are happy to begin your event from 10:00 AM and offer you flexibility in arranging the room as per your needs.

Birthday Parties at HOB Bamberg
Celebrate your special day in a stylish and cozy atmosphere at HOB Bamberg! Our venue offers space for up to 70 people and is the perfect location for an unforgettable birthday party. We will arrange the seating according to your wishes – just let us know, and we will customize the room for you.
For catering, you have different options: either organize it yourself, or we can arrange it for you. You can also book a delicious cold snack buffet through us. We will provide the prices upon request.
To ensure a quiet and pleasant atmosphere for all guests, we kindly ask that DJs or live bands are not allowed to avoid disturbing other hotel guests.
